Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Oxspun purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at service@oxspun.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
